2020 Schedule

The Arts Midwest + WAA 2020 Conference took place October 6-9, 2020 on a virtual platform.

Attendees were invited on a four-day journey to hear from thought leaders in professional development workshops and roundtables, to connect with peers in self-identified affinity groups, and to dig deeper with pre-Conference learning intensives. The virtual marketplace, Exhibit Hall 2.0 was open for the duration of the Conference, with dedicated time in the schedule to encourage artist discovery and plant the seeds for future collaborations. Showcases featured a wide-variety of panel-selected and independently coordinated performances, celebrating the artistry and creativity that unite us.

Note: all times are listed in Central Time.

Pre-Conference Learning Intensives

Learning intensives offered meaningful conversations on how to combat systemic racism and opportunities to learn more about hybridization models and the many possibilities of virtual programming.
