Full registration

Attend with full access to all Conference venues, events and meals. Includes Marketplace (exhibit hall) business privileges, inclusion in and access to attendee lists, along with rights to purchase sponsorship, advertising, and showcase listings.

Exhibitors (primary registrant)

ATTENTION: The Marketplace is sold out. To be placed on the waiting list, contact the Conference team. Should space become available, Conference staff will contact organizations to discuss the available space. If the organization chooses to purchase the exhibit space package, they need to register and submit payment as instructed within an established time-frame or the space will be offered to the next organization on the waiting list.

Artists, agents, managers, and vendors promoting yourself, your roster of artists, or a service must purchase an exhibit space package. Exhibiting organizations may purchase no more than two booths and may only purchase one premium full booth.

* Registrants after August 8 will receive and be included in the post-Conference attendee lists only.

** Registrants must have a longstanding history with the Conference, and eligibility is subject to approval. Not available after July 11. Agency Registrants receive business privileges without an exhibit space to display materials, and this option is reserved for established artists, agents, and managers only. Contact the Conference team to inquire.

Students

Requires valid student ID and volunteer commitment. Learn more about our student program. $150

Special passes

Attend with limited business privileges and limited access to Conference events and programming.

Guest pass

Be accompanied by your spouse or partner for Conference social events and meals. Access to the Marketplace with business privileges is reserved for full-Conference registrants. Does not provide access to or inclusion in attendee lists. Limit one per organization. $200

First time observer pass

All artists, agents, and managers attending to promote themselves or their artists must purchase an exhibit space. New attendees not quite ready to make that commitment may use this pass to learn about the Conference through observation and take advantage of the Conference’s networking opportunities and programming. Eligible registrants have not attended previously and registration with this pass is subject to approval. Contact the Conference to learn more. $455-555

Artist pass (single-day)

Accompany your manager/agent in the Marketplace and attend professional development only on the day you select. Does not include events, meals, or inclusion in attendee lists. Does not provide access to or inclusion in attendee lists. Limit one per person. $75

In-depth seminars

Only includes access to the selected seminar. Full Conference registration not required. $95

Additional meals and parties

Invite a guest to attend a single event or add one on to your artist pass or single day registration. Options include Opening Party, Thursday Lunch, Friday Lunch, Saturday Breakfast, and Closing Party. $30 per event.
