Online registration for the upcoming Arts Midwest Conference will open in May 2018. To help with your planning, you may review the 2017 registration options and rates below.

Full registration (2017)

Attend with full access to all Conference venues, events and meals. Includes Marketplace (exhibit hall) business privileges, inclusion in and access to attendee lists, along with rights to purchase sponsorship, advertising, and showcase listings.

Exhibitors (primary registrant) – sold out

Artists, agents, managers, and vendors promoting yourself, your roster of artists, or a service must purchase an exhibit space package.

The deadline for the lottery has passed, and the Marketplace is sold out. We are unable to accept additional organizations at this time and encourage interested exhibitors to join our email list to stay up to date regarding information for the 2018 Conference.

* Registrants after August 2 will receive and be included in the post-Conference attendee lists only.

** Registrants must have a longstanding history with the Conference, and eligibility is subject to approval. Not available after July 7. Agency Registrants receive business privileges without an exhibit space to display materials, and this option is reserved for established artists, agents, and managers only. Contact the Conference team to inquire.

Special passes (2017)

Attend with limited business privileges and limited access to Conference events and programming.

Guest pass

Be accompanied by your spouse or partner for Conference social events and meals. Access to the Marketplace with business privileges is reserved for full-Conference registrants. Limit one per organization. $200

Artist pass (single-day)

Accompany your manager/agent in the Marketplace and attend professional development only on the day you select. Does not include events, meals, or inclusion in attendee lists. Limit one per person. $75

Optional add-ons (2017)

In-depth seminars

Only includes access to the selected seminar. Full Conference registration not required. $95.

Additional meals and parties

Invite a guest to attend a single event or add one on to your artist pass or single day registration. Options include Opening Party, Luncheon, Brunch, and Closing Party. $30
