Stay close to the action and reserve your room at the Conference hotel. This year our exhibit hall, meeting rooms, and guest rooms are all under one roof. The nightly single/double occupancy rate is $159 plus taxes and fees, and the last day to book at the Conference rate is August 7, based on availability.

This year all of the rooms in the group block include complimentary internet and health club access.

  • Use the Hyatt’s online system to make your reservation.
  • Call 888-421-1442 and state that you are booking with the 2017 Arts Midwest Conference to ensure you receive the special rate.

Availability is limited on certain nights, and rates are first come, first served. Please help your colleagues access the lowest rates and only hold rooms you plan to use.

Columbus is served by John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), which is 8 miles northeast of the city. Upon arrival, you have several options to make your way downtown:

  • Taxi service is readily available in the ground transportation area of the terminal on a 24-hour basis and costs approximately $23–28 one-way.
  • The airport is served by COTA, Columbus’ public transportation system. COTA AirConnect provides direct bus service between John Glenn International and Downtown Columbus, serving downtown hotels and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. AirConnect is $2.75 each way, and ride passes can be purchased with credit/debit cards at the bus stop just to the right of the taxi station.
