Select and pay for your chosen ad space when you register for the Conference. Ads will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deadline to purchase advertising, pay in full, and submit artwork is July 18. View all dates + deadlines.

Floor graphics

Place your brand front and center as attendees enter the exhibit hall during Marketplace hours. Submitted artwork (3’w x 2’h) will be printed on a cling and placed alongside two other organizations. Limit one per organization. $750

App

Menu banner ads

Gain visibility with one of eight separate banner ads (600 pixels wide by 110 pixels high) that appear each time someone accesses the menu to navigate different sections of the app. In 2018, each banner was displayed to end users approximately 4,500 times. Limit one per organization. $500 (sold out)

Push notifications

Remind everyone about your showcase that’s about to start or encourage presenters to find you in your exhibit space. Pre-scheduled notification times are determined on a first come, first served. Text and links only. Limit one per organization. $300

The app is also a sponsorship opportunity, and the sponsor organization receives priority branding and push notification options.

Print publications

As more and more attendees switch to using the app, we’re expanding our advertising options and updating the format of our publications by creating options for presenters and exhibitors to take only the materials they’ll use. Even though the app is preferred by many, we’re still committed to offering high-quality take away print items, including numerous varying opportunities for gaining visibility through advertising.

Program Book

Our anchor publication is offered to attendees when checking in at registration and includes:

  • Conference schedule
  • Maps + floors plans
  • Important attendee info (policies, shuttles, meals)
  • Local highlights

The book does not include showcase listings and descriptions, and its contents are also available to attendees in the app. We are unable to accommodate specific page placement requests.

Attendee Booklet

Perfect for jotting down notes during meetings or even saving on your shelf for future reference, the booklet is offered to attendees and includes all of the registered attendees’ public contact. This information is also available to attendees online as Excel files, without advertising.

Showcase Booklet

Offered to presenters, this handy guide to both independent and spotlight showcase contains a complete schedule with descriptions, genre/disciplines, and locations. This information is also available to attendees in the app, without advertising.

Creating and submitting artwork

Print publications

Our publication designer will place your exhibit number in the margin next to your ad.

To help reduce your design costs for conference advertising, we partnered with WAA and PAE to standardize the dimensions for most of our ad options.

Advertisements must be high res PDF files in either grayscale or 4-color process, depending on which you have purchased. All fonts need to be outlined or embedded in the documents. Be sure security is disabled. If you are sending more than one ad, please send each as a separate file.

Refer to the following preferences/settings if you are unfamiliar with creating PDFs for print.

Adobe Illustrator CC

  • Convert all colors to grayscale (photos, logos, type, etc.) UNLESS you have purchased a 4-color ad option. If you have purchased a 4-color ad option convert all colors to CMYK.
  • Be sure all photos are at least 300 dpi.
  • Convert all text to outlines. Select > All. Type > Create outline
  • File > Save as. Set format to Adobe PDF. Click Save.
  • Select the PDF/X-4:2008 PDF preset.
  • Click Save PDF.

Adobe InDesign CC

  • Convert all colors to grayscale (photos, logos, type, etc.) UNLESS you have purchased a 4-color ad option. If you have purchased a 4-color ad option convert all colors to CMYK.
  • Be sure all photos are at least 300 dpi.
  • File > Export. Set format to Adobe PDF (Print). Click Save.
  • Select the PDF/X-4:2008 PDF preset.
  • Click Export.

Adobe Photoshop CC

  • Make sure the file is in Grayscale mode: Image > Mode > Grayscale. UNLESS you have purchased a 4-color ad option. If you have purchased a 4-color ad option make sure the file is in CMYK mode: Image > Mode > CMYK color.
  • Be sure the document settings are at least 300 dpi.
  • Flatten your design. In the layers palette drop down menu, click Flatten Image.
  • Image > Save as. Set format to Photoshop PDF. Click Save.
  • Select the PDF/X-4:2008 PDF preset.
  • Click Save PDF.
