Options for advertising at the 2017 Conference will be available shortly. Select and pay for your chosen ad space when you register for the Conference. Ads will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accept requests for specific placement of interior ads within publications.

You may plan ahead by reviewing options from last year.

Print publication ads ($300–950)

Program Books and Attendee Lists are distributed on-site to all Conference attendees. To help reduce your design costs for conference advertising, the Arts Midwest Conference, WAA, and Performing Arts Exchange have partnered to standardize the dimensions of full and half page ad spots in each conference program. Ads must be purchased from and submitted to each conference separately, on the deadline specified by each conference.
