We are pleased to announce that 148 Midwest organizations have been selected to receive Arts Midwest Touring Fund Grants totaling $348,544 in the 2018-2019 season. These grantees will present 249 performances and conduct over 600 community activities across 111 Midwest communities. We were excited to receive applications from 19 new organizations and 56% of the engagements will feature artists/ensembles not supported by the Arts Midwest Touring Fund in the past five years.

In the past three years, Arts Midwest Touring Fund has provided over $1 million to organizations that engaged people in 427 meaningful engagements of artists in the fine arts of dance, music, theater or musical theater, and other performing arts forms. They experienced 736 performances and over 2,100 related activities that built connections across 172 Midwest communities with the artists and the world around us.
