Joshua started at Arts Midwest in 2008 as an administrative assistant and somehow managed to earn the trust of the organization to assume the responsibilities and title he currently holds. As Director of Grantmaking, Josh oversees Arts Midwest’s grant programs including the National Endowment for the Arts Big Read, Shakespeare in American Communities, Arts Midwest Touring Fund, and other special projects.

Education
Josh earned his M.A. in art history at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, MN, and earned a B.A. in art history from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. He is also a certified EMT and holds a license from the state of Minnesota.
