Holly Doll (she/her) has been working at Arts Midwest since 2022 and is a Program Manager. Alongside that, she is the program coordinator for the Department of Public Transformation’s Ignite Rural program and she is the President and Founder of Native Artists United.

At Arts Midwest, Holly spends her days reviewing grant applications and reports, assisting in outreach for panels, and doing equity analysis of Arts Midwest’s past and current grants. She oversees Folk and Traditional Art initiatives and will be managing future equity programming. She occasionally works with We the Many and Jazz Road to support broader impact into the Dakotas. She does this by using skills she learned throughout her career, ranging from program design, facilitating community conversations, leading anti-bias and anti-racism trainings, and by looking at her work through a cultural lens.

A little more about Holly:

When Holly isn’t working, she can be found shopping at small businesses, playing Dungeons and Dragons, spoiling her cats, and singing karaoke.
