2009-2010 Tools for Grantees

These tools are for organizations receiving support from the Performing Arts Fund for engagements that occur between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010.

    Customize this text for your organization’s announcement of support from Arts Midwest’s Performing Arts Fund. Be sure to copy us on an e-mail and/or print a copy of the press release to include with your Final Report.
  • Crediting Requirements
    All grantees must review and adhere to the Performing Arts Fund crediting requirements for their engagements supported by the Fund. The Crediting Requirements page includes links to graphic files of the required logos, as well as some examples of excellent crediting.
  • Final Report
    Your Final Report is considered received when all materials (eGRANT + hard-copy Final Report package) have been received in Arts Midwest’s office. The Final Report package must be received within 30 days following the conclusion of your engagement, unless an extension has been granted by Arts Midwest. You’ll receive an e-mail reminder with instructions shortly after your engagement concludes. Go to eGRANT.
