Performance Sponsorships

ALL CONFERENCE LUNCHEON: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15
Sponsor investment: $11,000
The All-Conference Luncheon sponsorship is heavily sought after every year. You or your artist will perform in front of hundreds of presenters at this full-Conference gathering.

HAPPY HOUR SPONSORED SHOWCASE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14
Sponsor investment: $2,500 PENDING
Continue networking immediately after the Marketplace closes, and show presenters what you or your artists can do first-hand. The Conference will provide a prime location and highly visible promotion during the Conference; the sponsor is responsible for food, beverage, and sound and technical costs.

Hospitality Sponsorships

CYBER CONNECTION
Sponsor investment: $5,500 PENDING
We all know how important it is to be connected during the Conference – and you can make it happen! Your colleagues will be so appreciative and reminded of your sponsorship every time they check their e-mail. The Cyber Connection includes five terminals and one printer.

CLOSING-NIGHT RECEPTION: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16
Sponsor investment: $3,000
Add to the celebration of another successful Conference as the Closing-Night Party sponsor. Leave a lasting impression on everyone in the room.

COFFEE CART
Sponsor investment: $1,500/day or all three days for $3,500
Help caffeinate your colleagues with the Conference Coffee Cart. The sponsorship includes 25 coffee tickets for you to hand out at your discretion and to help drive traffic to your booth! And, for an extra $500, you can have personalized sleeves made for each cup!

CHAIR MASSAGES IN THE MARKETPLACE

BOOKMARKS
Sponsor Investment: $1,250
As guests check into the hotel they often wonder, “Where do I go for Conference registration?” This handy informational bookmark will be distributed to each guest with the hotel key card and will place your name at their fingertips from the minute they arrive.

CHOCOLATES
Sponsor investment: $1,250
One of the biggest attendee requests last year was wanting chocolate in their tote bags. Help them feed that craving by sponsoring personalized chocolates given out to each attendee at Registration.

E-MAIL BLASTS
Sponsor investment: $500 (maximum of four sponsors; non-exclusive opportunity)
Start your advertising from the moment our attendees start planning for the Conference! We’ll include your organization name and logo on the four major marketing e-mails sent to our comprehensive Midwest Arts Conference database.

NEW CONNECTIONS MINGLER: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13
Sponsor Investment: $1,500 (can be split between two or three sponsors)
Welcome colleagues to their first Midwest Arts Conference at our popular New Connections Mingler. This casual event will help new colleagues continue building connections and learn the ins and outs of the Conference. This is also a great opportunity to share a sponsorship with other colleagues!

NEW COLLEAGUE CONNECTION MENTOR PROGRAM
Sponsor investment: $1,000
Get your name in front of colleagues new to the Midwest Arts Conference by supporting the New Colleague Connection mentor program.
