Submit information via the Listing Form (below) about your independent showcase for publication.
Submission deadlines
- Listings for online-only publication must be received by August 16, 2010.
- Note: The deadline has passed for inclusion in our onsite print publications.
No extensions will be granted, and we cannot accept any information via phone or fax.
Listing fees
- $80 per listing
- If your showcase occurs on more than one day, the charge is $80 for each day it is listed.
Submitting your listing(s)
- Complete the form below and select “Submit.”
- Once your listing has been submitted, you’ll automatically be redirected to a page with a link to our secure payment site, Authorize.Net.
- Listings are not considered submitted until we have received payment.
Things to keep in mind:
- Showcase descriptions are limited to 75 words.
- If your showcase occurs on more than one day, or you are submitting listings for different showcases, you will need to submit a listing and payment for each additional day or showcase.
- Scheduling your showcase during published Conference activities is strongly discouraged and Arts Midwest will NOT publish showcase times that conflict with official scheduled Conference events. The following times do not conflict with scheduled Conference events:
- Mon., Sept. 13: 8:30 p.m.—Midnight
- Tue., Sept. 14: 9:30 p.m.—Midnight
- Wed., Sept. 15: 9:30 p.m.—Midnight
