For Presenting Organizations

Arts Midwest, Mid-America Arts Alliance, and various state and regional arts organizations award scholarships and other funding support to performing arts presenting organizations.

Arts Midwest Scholarships | APPLICATION CLOSED
Arts Midwest will award scholarships to presenting organizations (i.e., organizations that book artists to perform in their venues) that are located in our nine member states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin).

Note: The Arts Midwest scholarship application deadline has passed and all available scholarships have been awarded for 2010.

Mid-America Arts Alliance Scholarships
Mid-America Arts Alliance offers travel stipend scholarships to presenting organizations located in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas. For more information, contact Betty Maltbia at betty@maaa.org.

State & Regional Agencies
Many state and regional arts agencies offer scholarships or grants for travel and/or professional development. Contact your agency directly to see if funds are available for 2009.

For Performing Artists

Mid-America Arts Alliance offers travel stipend scholarships to performing artists on Mid-America’s Regional Touring Program Registry. For more information, contact Betty Maltbia at betty@maaa.org.
