How to Register

Before you register

  • Each individual attendee must register and submit payment information separately.
  • An organization may use one login to register multiple individuals.
  • If this is your first time on the Conference registration eGrant, you will need to first create a login and password in order to register.
  • If you registered for the 2009 Conference, please use the login you created last year.
    • Contact us at midwestartsconference@artsmidwest.org if you have forgotten your login or password.
    • If you have used eGrant to apply for a grant from Arts Midwest or other organizations, you will NOT be able to use any of those pre-existing logins to access our Conference registration. You will need to create a new, unique login the first time you visit the Conference registration eGrant.
  • Your registration is not complete until payment has been received by Arts Midwest.
    • After successfully submitting your eGrant registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information and instructions for payment, along with a link to your personalized invoice at our secure payment site, Authorize.Net.
  • By registering for the Conference, you are certifying that you have read and agree to abide by our Conference policies and the liability agreement.

Getting started

Proceed to the online registration system.

After you register

  • Confirmation packet: Each registrant will receive a printed confirmation packet within four weeks after their registration and payment are received.
  • Attendee lists: Attendees registered by August 11 will be included in a printed Attendee List distributed onsite at the Conference; those who register after that date will be included in an addendum distributed electronically post-Conference. Attendee Lists will also be available on the Arts Midwest Web site two weeks prior to the Conference and will be password-accessible; all registered attendees will receive access passwords via e-mail.
    • Note: Attendee Lists and the contact information contained therein are intended solely for registered attendees conducting business at the Conference and may not be transmitted or sold.
  • Presenter contact info: Presenter contact information is available to exhibitors with the purchase of an exhibit space package. Registered exhibitors will receive instructions via e-mail pre- and post-Conference to access this password-accessible information online.
    • Note: Presenter contact info is intended solely for registered exhibitors to use in pre-Conference marketing and post-Conference followup and may not be transmitted or sold.
  • Cancellations & refunds: Written cancellations received on or before August 11, 2010, may qualify to receive a partial refund. Refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference. Cancellation disqualifies you from receiving attendee benefits and publications.
