Conference Hotel: The Westin Indianapolis

The official 2010 Conference hotel is the Westin Indianapolis, located in downtown Indianapolis at 50 South Capitol Avenue. The Westin is directly connected to the Indianapolis Convention Center, where most Conference events will take place.

• Conference room rate: $139 (plus tax) for single or double occupancy
  • For King Plaza suites, the Conference rate is $184 (plus tax)
  • Rooms at these rates are first-come, first-served and will sell out before the August 12, 2010, cut-off date (rate ends at 5:00 p.m. local Indianapolis time on 8/12/10)

• To reserve your room(s), call Starwood Central Reservations at 800.228.3000
  • State that you are attending the Midwest Arts Conference to ensure that you get the Conference rate
  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the day of arrival
  • Reservations for four or more rooms under one name will require a non-refundable, first night’s deposit on each room when making the reservations
  • Please do not hold rooms that you may not use. Other attendees need these rooms, and Arts Midwest may be financially penalized for last-minute room cancellations or unused rooms in the Conference room block.
