Our room blocks at the primary Conference hotels are sold out as of 8/10/10; however, we have secured a limited number of rooms at the nearby Embassy Suites at the same Conference rate (see below).

• Call 888.421.1442 to inquire about cancellations in the Conference room block at the Hyatt.

Additional hotel: Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown

Rooms are available at the same Conference rate at the Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown, located at 110 West Washington Street, next to the Indiana Repertory Theatre and very close to the Indianapolis Convention Center, Westin, and Hyatt.

• Call 317.236.1800 to make your reservation, or reserve online (provide code AMO when reserving online to receive the Conference rate).
• The cut-off date for the Conference rate is August 23; rooms at this rate may sell out before the cut-off date.

Primary Conference hotels: The Westin Indianapolis & Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

• The Westin Indianapolis, located 50 South Capitol Avenue, is directly connected to the Indiana Convention Center, where most Conference events will take place.

• The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, located at 1 South Capitol Avenue, is also directly connected to the Indiana Convention Center.

Conference room rate: $139 (plus tax) for single or double occupancy

• Rooms at these rates are first-come, first-served and have sold out.
• Please do not hold rooms that you may not use. Other attendees need these rooms, and Arts Midwest may be financially penalized for last-minute cancellations or unused rooms.
