Presenting organizations — those who book artists to perform at their venue(s) — will have ample opportunities to learn, work, and make connections over the four days of the Conference. From classical to contemporary artists and ensembles, presenters are sure to find artists to fit their seasons and budgets while strengthening and broadening their skills and knowledge of the field.

How will the Conference benefit me as a presenter?

There are a number of ways to make the Conference more affordable, from sharing a hotel room with another attendee, to scholarships and registration discounts, to taking advantage of the many meals included with your registration.

We want the Conference to be as productive and helpful as possible all of our attendees, and encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to deepen your Conference experience:

• Participate in a Speed Lead Session and meet lots of artists/agents/managers in a short amount of time, speed-dating style
• If you’re new to the Conference, join the New Colleague Connection and start learning and networking before the Conference even begins
• Meet new people while helping the Conference run smoothly by volunteering
• If you’re a student, or work with students, take advantage of the special student registration rate
• If you’re a veteran of the Conference, share your experience and knowledge while meeting new attendees as a mentor with the New Colleague Connection
• Become a Conference sponsor and get noticed
• Advertise in Conference print publications and increase your visibility

Preparing for the Conference

Be sure to make use of the resources available to help you plan your time before arriving at the Conference. Whether you’re setting up on-site meetings, researching organizations that will be attending, learning more about the artists that will be showcasing, or planning your schedule, you’ll be ready to make the most of your face-to-face experiences.
