Multiple-attendee reimbursement
Presenting organizations (i.e., that book artists to perform at their venues) that register three or more attendees will receive a $200 reimbursement on the total combined organization registration fees.
- Reimbursements will be granted post-Conference and after all fees for your organization have been paid.
- Single-day, guest, and student registrations do not count toward the total.
- Presenting organizations planning to register five or more attendees should contact us to discuss special pricing.
$50 referral discount
Bring a presenting organization that has not attended in the last five years (2007—2011) and earn a $50 discount on each organization’s first registrant’s fee.
- Newly attending individuals from organizations that have had members attend during the past five years do not qualify.
- $50 will be refunded to each partner organization after the Conference IF both organizations fulfill the requirements and register by August 29.
^ These discounts cannot be combined with other Conference discounts or with scholarships offered by Arts Midwest.
Scholarships
David J. Fraher Future Leaders’ Fund Award
In order to be eligible for this award, which includes Conference registration and more, applicants must:
- Be pursuing a career in arts administration
- Have a maximum of five years’ experience in the field
- Be enrolled in an arts administration program at a university/college in Michigan or be employed by a Michigan arts organization
Arts Midwest presenting organization scholarships
- Scholarships will be available to presenting organizations (i.e., organizations that book artists to perform in their venues) located in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Mid-America Arts Alliance scholarships
Travel stipends are available to presenting organizations located in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas, and to performing artists on M-AAA’s Touring Artist Registry. For more information, visit M-AAA’s Travel Stipends page.
