July 10 is the deadline to purchase an ad and submit your artwork

  • Select and pay for your chosen ad space when you register for the Conference. You must be registered in order to purchase advertising.
  • Ads will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accept requests for specific placement of interior ads within publications.

Advertising options

  • Print publication ads: The Program Book and Attendee Contact List are distributed onsite to all 1,000 Conference attendees.
  • To help reduce your design costs for conference advertising, the Midwest Arts Conference, WAA, and Performing Arts Exchange have partnered to standardize the dimensions of full and half page ad spots in each conference program. Ads must be purchased from and submitted to each conference separately, on the deadline specified by each conference.
  • E-communications ads: Your logo will be included in the four most important marketing emails sent by the Conference.

Creating + submitting your ad artwork

  • Ad artwork must exactly fit the dimensions of the option you purchase.
  • Artwork must be in PDF format and created and submitted using these specifications.
  • Logos for the e-communications option must be high-resolution graphics following these specifications.
