The Art of Evaluation: Reflective Learning Loops

Are you feeling pressure to document impact? Relevancy? Measurable outcomes? Are you challenged to make sense of all of those goals, commitments, data, and metrics named by both external and internal stakeholders for development? Wondering how to put data to use to inform decision-making?
