The Art of Evaluation: Reflective Learning Loops
As an interactive workshop, you will learn from three peers who have invested significant thought and time into development evaluation protocols. You will begin to develop your own questions and processes for incorporating learning and reflection cycles within your organization. And finally, you will leave ready to probe two key questions within your organization:
(1) How is knowledge fed back to and used by your organization to strengthen programs and capacity, and
(2) How do you tell your story of community impact both qualitatively and quantitatively?
