The results of our recent field survey indicated that most presenters identify artists through word-of-mouth and by attending conferences. One of the best places for touring artists and presenters to connect is our annual Midwest Arts Conference. The Conference provides an environment to facilitate touring of the performing arts.
At the Midwest Arts Conference, presenters are able to find artists that fit their seasons and budgets while strengthening and broadening their skills and knowledge. Presenters can learn from a variety of professional development sessions, as well as make new contacts and strengthen existing relationships during Marketplace exhibit hall hours and at social events.
