Christine is responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating the organizational operations to ensure the sustainability of Arts Midwest, providing a strong foundation for the organization and its staff to perform at an optimal level. Her responsibilities include organizational strategic management, financial management working with the CFO, emergency preparedness and risk management, human resources, and facilities and administration. She also manages Arts Learning Xchange, a four-year program designed to foster growth in public arts attendance, and is engaged in other broad-scale initiatives.
