Christine is responsible for directing the National Endowment for the Arts and Arts Midwest national granting program, The Big Read. This includes working with the NEA, overseeing participating communities’ activities, supplying technical assistance, and managing the granting process. In addition, she directs the Arts Learning Xchange program in partnership with Minnesota Community Foundation including policy and content development.
