Angela Urbanz is responsible for overall leadership, direction and management of the Midwest Arts Conference. Her responsibilities include establishing conference goals, plans, timelines, staffing and budgeting; identifying, recruiting and communicating with volunteer leadership; developing successful marketing strategies; selecting conference sites; leading the internal conference team; and representing the conference to external constituents and markets.
